Diaverum sells ITAC to Avalian and exits Argentina

Diaverum announces today that it has signed an agreement to sell ITAC (Instituto de Trasplantes y Alta Complejidad) in Argentina to Avalian, an Argentinian private healthcare insurance company. This divestment marks the end of Diaverum’s operations in the country.

Avalian is taking full control of ITAC with immediate effect, including its medical and nursing staff as well as the management team, and is now responsible for patient treatment continuity and quality of care.

Additional terms and conditions of the transaction will not be disclosed.
