Kim Beak, Quality, Compliance & Strategic Projects Director for Diaverum UK, has been named 2023 PLATINUM WINNER of the prestigious TITAN Awards category 'Female Executive of the Year'.
About the Awards
The TITAN Women In Business Awards programme recognises, acknowledges and celebrates women for their outstanding achievements in the workplace, displaying personal calibres of confidence, optimism, ambition and integrity in the ever-expansive business industry; and at the same time, for carrying monumental impacts with their roles as executives, leaders, supervisors and business owners. The TITAN Female Executive of the Year Award, of which Kim was the UK recipient, recognises specifically the personal accomplishments of female executives across a diverse range of industries.
Introducing Kim
In her capacity as Diaverum UK’s Quality, Compliance and Strategic Projects Director, Kim is responsible for all new clinic builds and mobilisations, a highly complex process that makes her integral to the development of one of Diaverum’s key geographies for growth.
Kim has built a long and highly successful career in healthcare, working across several diverse functions and roles, from an A&E Staff Nurse to service improvement and leadership roles at a number of NHS (National Health Service) Trusts. Today, she uses her full experience in her day-to-day dealings at Diaverum, with whom she has been since 2014 and where her mindset of ‘good isn’t good enough’ is a true reflection of Diaverum’s values and behaviours.
