Diaverum, a Swedish leading global provider of renal care services, is proud to announce its Saudi Arabia subsidiary has been certified for the first time by the Great Place to Work™, the internationally renowned workplace culture consultancy.

Awarded for the period of December 2022 to December 2023, 78% of all Diaverum Saudi Arabia employees participated in the certification process. Their feedback highlighted how Diaverum’s True care culture is the linchpin of the company’s inclusive, safe and positive workplace environment across the Kingdom, promoting pride and sense of purpose among the staff.

Commenting on the significance of the Great Place to Work™ certificate, Ziyad Kabli, Country Manager for Saudi Arabia and Regional Vice President for the Middle East region, said: "We receive the Great Place to Work™ certificate with great pride. It’s a true testament to our values and ambition to create an environment that cares for our people and enables them to provide life enhancing renal care to our patients. Our vision at Diaverum Saudi Arabia is to transform renal care, empowering our patients to live fulfilling lives and draw on our talent to be a world sector leader. This would not be possible without the contribution of each one of our employees".

According to Ahmed Bagatadah, Diaverum Saudi Arabia HR Director, “this Great Place to Work™ certification is also a confirmation of different efforts related to our people agenda and the prioritisation of the well-being of our employees. Our goal is to ensure that every employee feels valued, respected, and supported in their respective roles. I would like to thank everyone who makes Diaverum Saudi Arabia such an amazing place to work, each day, whose dedication, enthusiasm, support and hard work have enabled us to receive this recognition, and motivated us to continue aiming to reach new heights.”
