We are proud to announce that Diaverum Kazakhstan has once again been accredited with the highest rating of 'Excellent' by the Accreditation Centre for Quality in Healthcare (Public Association of Surveyors and Consultants in the field of Healthcare Accreditation) in the country.
Following the previous accreditation cycle (2022–2025), this renewed National Accreditation, now valid through 2028, applies to all our operations across the country. It underscores Diaverum’s steadfast commitment to providing world-class standards in renal care since entering the Kazakh market in 2015. Today, Diaverum provides haemodialysis treatment to more than 3000 patients across 54 clinics nationwide.
The accreditation process is comprehensive and highly demanding, involving a full-scale audit of both medical and non-medical functions. In addition to reviewing clinical standards of care, external experts rigorously assessed compliance across all areas of the organisation — including Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and support functions — to ensure alignment with national regulations and international benchmark standards. The evaluation consisted of two stages: an in-depth review of documentation, processes, policies, and procedures, followed by onsite inspections across our clinic network. This holistic assessment demonstrates that accreditation goes far beyond validating medical excellence; it also confirms that our entire organisation functions at the highest level of accountability, governance, and efficiency in support of patient care.
Commenting on the renewed accreditation, Amantur Ryskulov, General Manager Southeast and Central Asia, said: "This reaccreditation is a strong endorsement of the consistency and sustainability of our quality standards. It demonstrates that we are not only meeting expectations, but continuously improving how we deliver life-enhancing renal care for patients across Kazakhstan."
Azamat Jankabayev, Country Managing Director Diaverum Kazakhstan, added: "Securing accreditation for the second consecutive cycle is proof of the dedication of our teams and their focus on continuous improvement. It reflects the maturity of our clinical practices and positions us even more strongly to expand access to high-quality renal care in Kazakhstan."
Zhanar Mursalova, Country Medical Director Diaverum Kazakhstan, also shared her thoughts: "This achievement is thanks to teamwork – to every single employee of our clinics as well as our functional teams. The dedication, hard work, and active participation of everyone in preparing for and completing the accreditation process required tremendous effort. I would like to sincerely thank every one of our colleagues for their invaluable contribution."
